These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the x777cx platform. Please read them carefully and in full before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing x777cx you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction, to register and use x777cx. Age verification is mandatory. Using a false age to create an account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with x777cx. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses within them may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. This rule exists to maintain fair play for all users.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to published wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible game types are stated at the point of bonus offer. x777cx does not impose hidden wagering conditions beyond what is published.
x777cx reserves the right to request identity documentation (such as a valid CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method at any stage. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures.
x777cx does not represent that online gambling is legally permitted in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine the legality of online gambling in their location and to comply with applicable local laws.
x777cx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and x777cx (hereinafter "x777cx", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x777cx online gaming platform, accessible at https://x777cx.cam and any associated sub-domains or applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the Service, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the x777cx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and maintain an Account on x777cx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: x777cx employs identity verification processes to confirm the age and identity of all registered users. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds, including any winnings, may be voided.
4.1 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. x777cx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 You must notify x777cx immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting us at the email address provided in the Contact section of these Terms.
4.5 x777cx reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. x777cx may display or accept deposits in other currencies subject to operator discretion and applicable conversion rates.
5.2 Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed and supported within the x777cx cashier section. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, digital payment rails such as Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as locally familiar options. Their mention does not constitute a representation that any of these providers endorse or facilitate gambling transactions on behalf of x777cx.
5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts to fund an x777cx Account is prohibited.
5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change at x777cx's discretion.
5.5 x777cx does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of x777cx. Users are responsible for confirming any such charges with their provider.
5.6 Deposits are for the purpose of placing legitimate wagers on the x777cx platform. The use of the platform solely as a payment processing mechanism — without genuine gaming activity — is prohibited and may result in Account closure.
6.1 x777cx may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion terms. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying the stated wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.3 Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
6.4 x777cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, save that such modification will not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and actively in wagering progress.
6.5 x777cx reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using automated betting strategies to systematically reduce wagering requirements, coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional offers, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus-clearing result.
7.1 All wagers placed on x777cx are final once confirmed. x777cx will not reverse or cancel confirmed wagers except where a manifest error in the system (including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, corrupted game outcomes or technical failure) has occurred and has been identified at x777cx's reasonable discretion.
7.2 Sports Betting: In-play markets are subject to the rules applicable at the time the wager is placed. Event cancellations, walkovers or abandonments are settled according to the published sports betting rules applicable to each market type. x777cx covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and other sports as context for betting markets — no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team is implied.
7.3 Casino Games: All casino games are operated by third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and live dealer operations are governed by the certification standards of the applicable game provider. Game results are final once a round is completed.
7.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
8.1 Users may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
8.2 x777cx reserves the right to require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Documents that may be required include: a valid CNIC or passport, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership.
8.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any active Bonus Funds remain in a User's Account with an incomplete wagering requirement, unless the User elects to forfeit the Bonus Funds in writing.
8.4 Processing timelines for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and operator review queue. x777cx does not guarantee specific processing times. Users should consult the cashier section for current indicative timelines.
8.5 x777cx reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.
9.1 x777cx is committed to responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment only and must not be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
9.2 The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.
9.3 Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly upon receipt. A User who has self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account or using any other mechanism to access the Service.
9.4 x777cx will not accept wagers from or market to any User who has an active self-exclusion in place. Any winnings accrued during a self-exclusion period may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x777cx platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
x777cx reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, upon confirmation, to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, withhold any funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
11.1 All content on the x777cx platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software interfaces and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of x777cx or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
11.3 Any use of x777cx trademarks, logos or branding without prior written consent from x777cx is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x777cx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
12.2 x777cx does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.3 x777cx shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from: reliance on information provided on the platform; interruptions to or unavailability of the Service; unauthorised access to User Accounts resulting from User failure to maintain credential security; or the conduct of third-party payment providers or game suppliers.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.1 x777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; Account inactivity beyond the period specified in the dormancy policy; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or at x777cx's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its User community.
13.2 Upon Account closure for cause, x777cx reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where closure is initiated by x777cx for non-fault reasons, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method.
13.3 Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting x777cx support. Upon closure of a User-initiated request, any verified real-money Balance (net of incomplete bonus wagering) will be processed for return to the User's verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x777cx holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your country of residence.
For Pakistani Users: x777cx operates under international gaming regulation and does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority. Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may restrict or prohibit online gambling. Users in Pakistan access the Service entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility. This paragraph does not constitute legal advice.
15.1 x777cx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this page.
15.2 Where a material change is made to these Terms that may adversely affect existing Users, x777cx will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address or via a prominent on-platform notice.
15.3 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Service.
