• Identity verification documents: Copies of CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification, and proof of address, provided during KYC verification.
• Payment data: Payment method identifiers (for example mobile wallet IDs linked to Easypaisa or JazzCash, bank account details for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or similar institutions, or Raast payment credentials). Note: x777cx does not store full payment card numbers; card data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
• Communication data: Content of messages, emails and support enquiries submitted to x777cx.
• Profile preferences: Language settings, notification preferences and responsible gambling limit configurations.

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers and time-zone settings.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, search queries within the Platform, betting and gaming activity logs, session duration and click-path data.

Your use of the Platform and the processing of your personal data by x777cx is governed by the terms of this Policy and the laws of the jurisdiction in which x777cx holds its operating licence, not by Pakistani domestic data protection law specifically.

Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive data protection statute equivalent to international frameworks such as the EU GDPR. However, x777cx applies data protection standards consistent with internationally recognised principles — including purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability — as a matter of its own operating standards.

By using the Platform, Pakistani Users acknowledge that their personal data may be processed and stored outside Pakistan by x777cx and its service providers, and consent to such processing in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
